Loved the water park, but definitely wait till the summer to go as water was too cold and I went in February 2016. Luckily they do have indoor heated looks so my little ones went swimming there. Food was nice but after a few days it's the same and you do crave variety, but I loved the tagines so didn't mind too much. Managers at dinner were excellent preferred to ask them for things than the waitresses.
The food was excellent lots of choice if your open to trying the local foods. We really enjoyed breakfast fresh pancakes and cheese omelets. They really went to town on Valentine's day hearts in and on everything nice touch.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and once I complained they upgraded me which I was thankful
